After pushing and going through several levels, I finally got Bellhop to schedule a U-Haul and have someone pick it up. When I refused to drive the truck myself, I was told the only option was to rent the truck in my name and have one of their movers drive it-this seemed like a huge liability issue, so I refused. Then I was told my only option would be to go rent a U-haul myself and they would reimburse me at a later date for any costs associated with the truck, but that I would have to rent and drive the truck myself. After about an hour and a half on the phone with various people from Bellhop corporate, I was first told that there was no option to move that day. I hadn't been called, and didn't have the option to simply "cancel" my move. After 15 minutes on hold, I was told by a customer service rep that the truck company had cancelled, so my move was cancelled and someone should have called me earlier in the day-WHAT. When the movers hadn't arrived at 3:20pm, I texted back to the number that had confirmed my move and was told that someone should have called me, and was sent the customer service number. I got confirmation of my move the day before. I booked it over a month in advance and had a very tight turnaround time between getting keys to my new house and vacating the previous one. “ DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE."
